SAVE ALL MESSAGES
MESSAGE
FORWARDING
BETWEEN MAILBOXES
Messages may be sorted or forwarded from one
mailbox to another. For example, while a
message plays in Mailbox 1, press Mailbox 2.
The message will be sent to Mailbox 2. You may
designate a specific mailbox for long term
storage and forward important messages to that
mailbox.

While a message plays in one mailbox,
press another
MAILBOX
button. The
message will be sent to that mailbox.

If you wish to forward the same message
to a second mailbox, press
REPEAT
until the desired message plays. Press
another
MAILBOX
button to forward
the message.

Message playback continues with the
next message in the original mailbox.

“FO” will appear in the display to confirm
the message has been forwarded. NOTE:
The message will be erased from the original mailbox
unless
SAVE
is pressed at the end of messages.
