Responding to messages
You can reply to, or forward, a message that you receive. You can also
delete messages and manage them in other ways.
Replying to, or forwarding a message
1. With a message opened, tap the icon
to reply, or tap the icon
> Reply all or Forward.
The Compose message screen opens with the addresses (only when
replying), subject, and a copy of the message you are responding to
already filled in.
Changing a message to unread
You can return a read message to the unread state for purposes such
as to remind yourself to read it again later.
1. With a message opened, tap the Menu key > Mark as unread.
NOTE
Messages can be changed to unread in batches.
Deleting a message
You can delete a message from its folder.
1. With a message opened, tap the icon .
NOTES
sFor most types of accounts, deleted messages are placed in a
Trash folder and can be retrieved if they were deleted by mistake.
sMessages can also be deleted in batches.
