Grid-Lok® is the universal, modular, fully automatic PCB Pin support system for stencil

printers, pick and place machines or AOI applications.

The GSX7714-X is suitable for Siemens SIPLACE HS, S, F and C series placement

machines.

The system consists of four components, modules (in kits and available seperately), controller,

manifold/regulator and the operator interface.

Grid-Lok provides full support to the underside of both populated and unpopulated boards. The

systems has two modes of operation

•Stealth’ (Auto) – Dynamically set to each board for every cycle

•Manual – one time set-up using a ‘golden board’

The Grid-Lok controller integrates with the all Siemens SIPLACE machines using the

077_SBA sensor, there is no need to order one as it is included in the kit.
