Monitor Screen Contents and How to Change Them
. Configuring Monitor Screen Settings
Each press of [8] (DISP) will cycle through display settings that
display or hide on-screen information. You can configure separate
settings for the REC mode and PLAY mode.

Information off Hides setting information.
Information on
Displays settings when shooting, current date and time,
